Overview Witchfire
Witchfire is a single player RPG shooter from the Makers of Painkiller and Bulletstorm. You will go on dangerous expeditions taking down enemies to grow stronger and improve your weapons. Along the way, you’ll gather valuable resources and either return to safety or risk everything by facing off against the powerful Familiars, the guardians of the witch. Ancient Cities
Survival Demands skill and strategy. If you die, you’ll have one shot to reclaim your lost items or regroup with a fresh plan. Explore different biomes and pick the best battlegrounds to face off against the witch is forces. As you progress you will grow stronger thanks to the roguelite system Arcana which offers countless ways to build your character known as the Preyer.
Preyers are wicked sinners transformed into undead assassins powered by witchfire. At your base, the Hermitory, you can choose from a variety of weapons, spells, and artifacts to create your ideal Preyer. Every expedition gives you the choice to extract your loot or push your luck by confronting the Familiar unlocking new areas and powerful upgrades.
Dive deeper into the game is lore by Probing mysterious shipwrecks and uncovering an artifact that could turn the tide in the war between the Church and witches. During Early Access Witchfire will continue to evolve with new content and your feedback will help shape the game into its best possible form.

- Once the download finishes, extract the “.zip” file into the Witchfire folder.
- Open the folder and double-click the “.exe” file to start the game.
- Enjoy your gaming experience! For the best performance, run the game as an administrator. If you run into any issues, check the Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all necessary components.
