Overview Uncle Chop’s Rocket Shop
Wilbur’s just trying to get by on a service station stationed on an asteroid in a remote part of space. He spends his days fixing ships to pay his ever-increasing rent to his corporate overlord, Uncle Chop. While everyone else around him gets caught up in crazy activities like worshipping space gods or feeding random junk to a sentient black hole, Wilbur sticks to what he knows: fixing ships, one module at a time. Get ready to dive into the mess with a variety of tools and gadgets as you repair everything from simple refuels to complete ship Overhauls. You’ll need to work fast, cutting, loosening, tightening, and grabbing parts as you race against the clock each day. With so many ships and modules to repair, things are gonna get dirty and weird in places you never expected.
You’ll need to put your reading skills to the test, flipping through manuals to figure out how to fix the ships and use all the workshop tools. Not a reader? No worries The pretty diagrams are here to guide you through making it all feel like an IKEA assembly project.
Use whatever cash you manage to keep from Uncle Chop to upgrade your workshop and add new stations. These Upgrade will let you work on bigger and better ships making it all worth the effort. Along the way you will meet some quirky characters unravel the rich lore of the galaxy and choose which factions to buddy up with each with their own weird goals.
With hidden puzzles, random events, and plenty of upgrades to find, every playthrough will feel fresh. The rent payments will keep going up, but don’t worry — some upgrades carry over, and you’ll get quicker and smarter with each try. Keep at it and you will be a pro in no time!
