Bloodless is a retro–stylish action-adventure game that brings you into the atmospheric world of Bakugawa where you will join ronin Tomoe on her quest to confront her past and put an end to the brutal rule of Shogun Akechi, her former master. PISTA Motorsport
In this game Tomoe has vowed to never take another life which means you will engage in unique non-lethal combat. Instead of killing, you’ll need to disarm your enemies using a mix of counters and powerful ki-attacks. When this approach to combat adds a fresh layer of Strategy requiring you to master the art of Disarmament rather than destruction.
As you journey through Bakugawa, you’ll have the chance to discover and develop your own fighting style. Special ki techniques allow for unique combos and you can further enhance your Abilities with crests and herb infusions found throughout the land. The world of Bakugawa is beautifully rendered, from its sacred natural sites to its oppressed districts, all under the thumb of a corrupt military regime scarred by the horrors of past wars.
The game’s emotional storytelling is at its core, following Tomoe, who is seen as a coward and deserter by her people. She returns to her homeland, having attested the horrors of war determined to inspire hope and courage in Bakugawa’s people to resist the shogun’s violent methods. For those seeking an extra challenge Bloodless offers Warrior Idols scattered throughout the land which unlock intense Arena battles where you can truly test your combat skills and prove yourself as the ultimate Bloodless warrior.
